METRICS
A business metric is a quantifiable measure that enables companies to track, monitor and evaluate the success or failure of various business processes. Business metrics can be used in many business areas. Michael Mühleck has over 10 years consulting experience in the branches Automotive, Manufacturing & Finance. He has long term practical experience in (agile) Project Management.
Ioannis Tramountanis
Ioannis Tramountanis started his consulting career back in 2012. He has a demonstrated history of working in management consulting, especially in the Automotive area.
JOBS WE OFFER
- You will start with a literature survey in the area of Supply Chain Management with special focus on the problem we would be dealing with
- Helping to define a concept for a specific platform to deliver integrated customer and user journeys
- Collecting and aligning requirements with stakeholders and end users by performing expert interviews
- You regularly coordinate yourself and your results with your colleagues
- You will document your results and prepare them according to the requirements.
Who you are
- Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Supply Change Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
- Excellent analytical skills and structured conceptual & innovative thinking
- Self-starter with passion to become a hands-on expert in the required field
- Language skills: fluent English and German required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Determined to reach goals in time, ability to work independently and to prioritize

- You will define and develop future digital models (e.g. Digital Organization, Change Management, Smart Mobility)
- You will be part of a team developing digital strategies for different areas like Customer Experience, Business Inteligence and Digital Trend topics
- You will implement solutions in the area of digital transformation, including piloting of use cases, expansion of new digital models, as well as establishing innovation management
Who you are
- At least three years of practical experience in the area of consulting or in a startup
- Ideally you have already gathered some experience in the area of digital transformation, digital products etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and structured conceptual & innovative thinking
- Professional experience in software integration projects (e.g. ERP, SCM, CRM solutions)
- The ability to think in solutions and keep the big picture in mind
- A strategic approach, strong presentation skills, and an international outlook
- Clear willingness & enthusiasm to travel
- Language skills: fluent English and German required
- Above-average degree in (Business) Engineering or (Business) Information Systems

Who you are
- Many years of professional experience in consulting, an industrial company or in a management role in a startup
- Long-term experience in the implementation of digital strategies and/or support of digital transformation projects
- Extensive understanding of digital technologies (IoT, AI, AR etc.) and their areas of application
- Project management experience in software integration projects (e.g. ERP, SCM, CRM solutions)
- Excellent analytical skills and structured conceptual & innovative thinking
- The ability to think in solutions and keep the big picture in mind
- A strategic approach, strong presentation skills, and an international outlook
- Clear willingness & enthusiasm to travel
- Language skills: fluent English and German required
- Above-average degree in (Business) Engineering or (Business) Information Systems, preferably MBA or doctorate
